Make "Layers" actual layers
Right now the different options are titled Layers but layers to me indicates being able to stack multiple items together. I see no way to currently play “Crickets: Nighttime Nature's Rhythmic Soundscape” and “Forest Birds Chirp: Dawn Chorus for Calm and Focus” together at the same time even though they would have really great synergy. Or playing “Forest Birds Chirp: Dawn Chorus for Calm and Focus” and “Rosy Horizon Hum: Pink Noise Soundscape” at the same time. Please allow selecting multiple layers at the same time.

Thank you for taking the time to write us and become a member in our growing community!
When we developed the app, the main core “feature” was the soundscape, since it’s so uniquely generated by your current location, time of day and lots of weather parameters. This way you could stay “grounded” to your real environment while working or relaxing, the idea was to connect you in a way that only nature can, always changing.
In time people asked for SFX layers so we’ve crafted some high quality sounds and the library is always growing.
We understand there is demand for using multiple layers and we will make this possible, the only down side could be using more of the computer resources but we will make this happen! I promise.

Oh okay great mentality for the soundscape, and yes I’m looking forward to the multiple layers even if it’s more computer intensive. Thanks!

Hi @Clarissimo We’ve just released the new feature “multi-layers” on Setapp, it will be released later on for iOS and macOS (our website version).
